1. Information We Collect

Bawdy does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information through the App. We do not use analytics software, advertising software development kits (SDKs), or crash-reporting tools within the App, and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

All game content, progress, settings, and preferences (such as which game modes you have unlocked) are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this information to our servers or to any third party, because the App does not operate a backend server that stores user data.

2. Information Collected by App Stores

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may independently collect certain information (such as device identifiers, download and crash data, or payment information if applicable) in accordance with their own privacy policies. This collection is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies, not this one, and we do not have access to or control over that data.

3. Age-Gated Content

Bawdy contains certain game modes intended only for adults in established relationships. This content is hidden by default and only becomes accessible after you affirmatively confirm your age and choose to enable it in the App's settings. Enabling this content does not involve sending any information to us — the setting is stored locally on your device, the same as any other App preference.

4. Children's Privacy

Bawdy is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and because the App does not collect personal information from any user, no child's information is collected through the App. If you believe a child has accessed age-gated content within the App, please contact us at info@wookie18.com.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share user data, because Bawdy does not collect personal data in the first place. The App does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media SDKs at this time. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, seek your consent before doing so.

6. Data Storage and Security

Because all App data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, the security of that data depends on the security of your device (for example, your device passcode and operating system security settings). Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because Bawdy does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is generally no server-side data for us to provide, correct, or delete. 8. International Users

The App may be used by individuals located outside of the country in which we operate. Because no personal data is transmitted to or stored by us, no cross-border transfer of personal data occurs through your use of the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features such as optional accounts, analytics, or advertising. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
